Virtual tenancy

Are you just getting your business off the ground? Or perhaps you just prefer to do business from your home office when you can. Yet there are probably times you could benefit from the use of a professional conference room instead of a coffee shop meeting, or the use of video conferencing or mail services in an office environment. The Advance Business & Manufacturing Center (formerly the Business Assistance Center) offers a realistic alternative to committing to a full-fledged lease – virtual tenancy.

Virtual tenants in the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center incubator benefit from the benefits of co-working here:

  • Professionalism - You can use our physical mailing address on your business correspondence as well as access our technology center, shared receptionist, sophisticated video conference system and other facility offerings.
  • Credibility - Use the center’s conference rooms for meetings instead of trying to overtalk others at a local coffee shop.
  • Onsite business assistance, support and business mentoring. Whether you’re not sure how to write your business plan or deal with tax or human resources issues, you can tap into onsite organizations like SCORE, NWTC Center for Entrepreneurship and UWGB Small Business Development for strategic planning and business development assistance.
  • Access to financing -  Advance offers the Advance MicroLoan program that’s specifically geared to small business start-ups.
