SIGN BELOW AFTER READING THIS: The 2021 Business Recognition Luncheon exhibition hours are 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a break during the luncheon and awards presentations. Set up time for the exhibitors will be from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. To maintain social distancing we will be hosting our Business Expo on two floors and only before the awards ceremony. Further: The Lessor will provide reasonable security service but is not responsible for theft, damage, loss or injury to exhibitors (Lessee) unless caused by Lessor’s negligence. Security is not maintained after close of show. Any properties, literature, etc. must be boxed, labeled and secured if left in the building after the close of the show and the lessor assumes no responsibility for their safekeeping. Each booth includes the pipe and drape and an 8’ x 3’ skirted table. Power, phone and internet lines are available for an additional cost to aid in your display. Extension cords will have to be provided by you. It shall be understood that the liability of the lessor shall be limited to refunding of rental fees paid should cancellation of the above named showcase be necessary. Payments of rental fees paid are not refundable in the event of exhibitor cancellation less than ten (10) days before show. A minimum of $50 per booth service fee will be assessed when refunds are made. Signature of this application binds the exhibitor to rental of space indicated above subject to rates as indicated and to the conditions. The Business Recognition Awards luncheon coordinator reserves the right to make floor plan and booth adjustments, which may be deemed necessary for the successful operation of the show.
