You will learn about the foster system in Brown County from Cheri Salmon\, the Executive Director of Foster the Village\, as you take a tour of their facility. Then\, together with foster children and their families\, we’ll paint a vibrant mural that will brighten the Foster the Village facility and celebrate hope\, connection\, and belonging. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nevent details\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Here\n\n\n\n\n\nlocation\n\n\n\nFoster the Village: 1440 Division St.\, Green Bay\, WI 54303 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT\n\n\n\n\nCreate a mural to be displayed at Foster the Village in collaboration with foster children and parents\, and other young professionals.\n\n\n\nLearn about the foster system\, promote community connection and support for foster families\, and offer a meaningful way to give back and make a lasting impact.\n\n\n\nBring an item for donation to maximize our impact on this organization.\n\n\n\nSnacks will be provided\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\n5:30 p.m. | Arrival and networking \n\n\n\n5:45 p.m. | Tour of Foster the Village from Executive Director\, Cheri Salmon \n\n\n\n6:15 p.m. | Paint-by-Number Mural Design Project \n\n\n\n7:30 p.m. | Event concludes \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you to the CYP Civic Engagement committee for coordinating this event!
