Green Bay Botanical Garden Opens TIcket Sales for Field to Fork, An Intimate Farm-To-Table Dining Experience

Imagine an evening beneath the open sky, surrounded by late-summer blooms, where every course celebrates the harvest of northeast Wisconsin.

Green Bay Botanical Garden invites guests to experience Field to Fork, an intimate outdoor dining event that brings together exceptional local cuisine, thoughtfully paired wines, live music, and the beauty of the Garden.

As the Garden celebrates its 30th anniversary, Field to Fork continues the Garden’s tradition of creating unforgettable experiences that connect people with nature and one another.

Garden members can purchase tickets through their exclusive member presale this week. Remaining tickets will become available to the general public on Monday, July 20.

Taking place from 5–8 pm on Wednesday, September 9, Field to Fork transforms the Garden’s back patio into an elegant outdoor dining experience where guests will enjoy:

  • A beautifully prepared six-course dinner by PoshNosh Kitchen
  • Expertly paired wines from Santé Wine Bar & Bistro
  • Fresh, locally grown ingredients showcasing the best of the season
  • Live music by Dan Weaver
  • An unforgettable evening surrounded by the beauty of the Garden

Inspired by the journey from field to table, the event celebrates the farmers, growers, chefs, and artisans whose work nourishes our community while highlighting the connection between gardens, agriculture, and the shared experience of gathering around the table.

“Field to Fork brings together everything that makes the Garden special — beautiful surroundings, incredible local food, meaningful connections, and a shared appreciation for nature,” said Laura Nelson, President & CEO of the Garden. “It’s an evening that celebrates our community while supporting the Garden’s mission to connect people with.”

Field to Fork has become an anticipated annual event and features intentionally limited seating to create an intimate dining experience. Advance reservations are required, and the event regularly sells out.

Proceeds from the evening support Green Bay Botanical Garden’s nonprofit mission to connect people with plants through year-round educational and recreational experiences.

Thank you to our sponsors: Terri Trantow-Witek & Paul Witek; Dar Stumpf, Biebel’s Catering & Rental; and Bay Towel.
