Achieve Brown County

Launched in 2014, Achieve Brown County is a multi-partner effort anchored by the Brown County United Way, the Greater Green Bay Chamber and supported by the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. Its 25-member Community Leadership Council is comprised of diverse stakeholders from across Brown County.

Achieve Brown County (ABC) provides a common framework for working together, across sectors, to measurably improve the safety, health, and education of children from birth into their careers.

The partnership rallies its efforts around critical indicators of success, taking action through:

• Shared priorities and outcomes
• A culture of continuous improvement which effectively uses data to drive improved results
• Aligning our community’s resources toward common goals

Here is the event PowerPoint that offers additional insights into this mind-set and infrastructural shift.
