What is Your Future Greater Green Bay?

With the growing demand to find talent in Greater Green Bay, part of the solution is to grow and retain talent locally. Your Future Greater Green Bay is designed to inspire, educate, and train our future workforce while showcasing everything Greater Green Bay companies have to offer and retain young talent locally.

While the foundation of the initiative is a software tool ( helping businesses market to and build relationships with school districts, educators and students, the attraction for students begins through Your future Social Media platforms and at the Chamber's Partners in Education Find Your Inspiration event held every October.

School Districts across the state are currently creating an Academic and Career Planning (ACP) culture throughout their schools to enhance academic achievement and lifetime career success for their students.
