TALENT and EDUCATION

The Chamber’s Talent and Education department, working in conjunction with the Chamber’s Partners In Education (PIE) board and our economic development arm, connects businesses, education and our community workforce partners in providing solutions for the area’s workforce needs. 

 - Preparing students for the workforce through enhanced career exploration and leadership development

- Retaining, engaging and developing young professionals through professional and leadership development

- Showcasing and attracting new talent to the Greater Green Bay community to help Greater Green Bay businesses meet their changing workforce needs, including through the Greater Green Bay Community Concierge program.

What is Partners in Education?

Partners in Education's mission is to be the lead program for identifying, developing and supporting education and business partnerships within Greater Green Bay to help all learners prepare for productive community life and strengthen the economic vitality of the region. Partners in Education is made up of many investors to support all of the Chamber's workforce development programs.
