FindYourInspiration.careers connects students of all experience levels with you, allowing your organization to offer expanded work-based learning opportunities and give students a head start in achieving their career goals.
As students assess and explore career pathways, students connect with you to align their academic interests with your organization's needs. By providing industry-focused training to our local talent, you are addressing the workforce "skills gap" and building a pool of potential future employees for your organization.
Job shadows, site tours, mock interviews, youth apprenticeships and other work-based learning opportunities offer students the chance to gain industry-specific experience and learn skills that support their future careers.
When you work with students, you're not just a supervisor - you're a mentor. Develop your current employee's leadership skills by allowing them to guide a student through a career exploration opportunity.

The Find Your Inspiration Experience is an in-person, high-energy, interactive, two-day event at the KI Convention Center. As employers exhibit at the event, this hands-on opportunity, provides an opportunity for over 3,700 students, 100+ educators and many parents and community members to be exposed to different industries and career fields that exist in our greater Green Bay area.
Have your employees gain their mentoring skills by providing guidance to local high school students as they explore careers in your organization. Upon completion (450 work hours/year) of the program, these young people are better prepared to continue working towards their chosen career field and have gained valuable skills necessary to be successful in the Wisconsin workforce. Meanwhile, your employee has developed their leadership skills.
Many of your employees are parents, grandparents or mentors to students in our community. Help your employees know you care about them as more than merely employees. You care about their families, including about their children's future. Give your employees the tools to converse with the future generation about careers and life skills by hosting an on-site Parent Engagement Information Session. Schedule a Parents We Need You presentation.
FindYourInspiration.careers is a resource for the greater Green Bay area, brought to you by Partners in Education, a program of the Greater Green Bay Chamber, in partnership with 17 area schools and districts and over 200 local businesses and organizations.
