Leadership Green Bay Committees

Leadership Green Bay is successful because graduates make a commitment to stay involved in the program and further its cause. The program has a depth of volunteers who help guide two important committees. We welcome your support.

  • Alumni Events and Engagement committee: The primary mission of this committee is to stay engaged with our 1,200+ Leadership Green Bay alumni, manage the Leaders Club alumni program and develop meaningful alumni and engagement activity.

    This committee meets the 4th Tuesday of the month from 5 to 6 p.m.

    The alumni committee contact is Pam Mallien, Class of 2014, Cellcom. 
  • Curriculum committee: Members of the curriculum committee are responsible for mapping out what the session calendar will look like:  the who, what, where, when and why of each monthly session day. The committee will also review the sessions and evaluate what participants enjoyed most and how each session improve in the future.

    The curriculum committee meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 8 to 9 a.m.

    The curriculum committee contact is Alisa Anderson, Class of 2015, Associated Bank. 
  • Marketing & membership committee: Those who join the marketing & membership  committee have several missions: to get the word out about the Leadership Green Bay program and then contact and recruit organizations, members, and class participants to join the program and then connect with them to encourage their continued involvement as alumni.  Members will help create and improve image and branding materials related to the program. From brochures to invitations to website content, your communication skills will be put to work. Get involved!  

    The marketing committee meets the 2nd Thursday of the month from 8 to 9 a.m.

    The marketing committee contact is Koren Peterson, Class of 2015, HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center.

In addition to the committees, if you would like to become involved, but on a less formal level, graduates of the program can always volunteer to help on an ad hoc basis, assisting the curriculum committee with planning and executing our sessions days, opening retreat or graduation.
