The Greater Green Bay Chamber Young Professionals and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Corporate Training & Economic Development have partnered to offer Leading Greater, a flexible, results-driven leadership development program designed exclusively for Chamber Young Professional members.
Leading Greater equips you at any stage of your career with practical workplace-ready skills you can apply from day one. Whether you are stepping into your first leadership role or sharpening the skills that will carry you further, the program provides the tools, confidence and perspective needed to grow — professionally and personally.
Leading greater: Disc
The DiSC Assessment identifies four primary behavioral styles – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness, helping you understand how you prefer to interact, make decisions and respond to challenges. This session builds self-awareness and equips you with practical strategies for adapting your approach to strengthen relationships and enhance team performance.

Leading greater: I.M.P.A.C.T
This flexible, self-paced leadership program is designed for new, aspiring or emerging leaders. Through interactive activities and real-world scenarios, learners strengthen their confidence and improve communication, teamwork, delegation, decision-making and conflict resolution.
