Join CYP in this highly interactive session where you’ll explore the green flags and red flags that shape how people communicate, make decisions, solve problems, handle conflict, and build relationships. Through self-reflection, group activities, and real-world workplace scenarios, you’ll gain practical insight into your own natural tendencies while learning how to better understand and adapt to the people around you.
