CYP: Understanding Personality Patterns for Better Decision-Making & Collaboration

Understanding Personality Patterns for Better Decision-Making & Collaboration

Why do some people seem easy to work with while others leave you feeling frustrated, misunderstood, or completely drained? The answer often has less to do with competence and more to do with personality. Join CYP in this highly interactive session where you’ll explore the green flags and red flags that shape how people communicate, make decisions, solve problems, handle conflict, and build relationships. Through self-reflection, group activities, and real-world workplace scenarios, you’ll gain practical insight into your own natural tendencies while learning how to better understand and adapt to the people around you. Whether you’re leading a team, managing up, collaborating with colleagues, or building your professional network, you’ll leave with greater self-awareness, stronger relationship skills, and tools you can apply immediately in both your career and personal life.
