Startup Hub
The Startup Hub, powered by the Greater Green Bay Chamber, is both a physical space and the virtual front door to the Greater Green Bay entrepreneurial ecosystem. It offers a centralized starting point for entrepreneurs, innovators and businesses seeking resources in Greater Green Bay.

What can you expect at the Startup Hub?
All clients who secure space in the Startup Hub physical facility pay a flat monthly rate that includes the following:

Available Spaces
The Startup Hub’s facility features 50,000 square feet of opportunity, configured into offices, office suites and manufacturing bays.
Professional Office Suites
Office suites include two to four cubicles, two standing cubicles and a reception desk. All are furnished with general office furniture including a desk, office chair, two side chairs and a filing cabinet. Suites are approaching 1,000 square feet.
Manufacturing Bays
Manufacturing bays can be customized to a business’ needs. Some bays are up to 1,000 square feet, though the Startup Hub will prorate the rent for as little as one-fourth of a bay if needed. For more than 1,000 square feet, bays can be combined.
Virtual Spaces
Virtual clients have access to the designated virtual tenant area in the Startup Hub (versus a dedicated office or manufacturing space). Virtual clients can use the facility’s conference rooms or other common areas. You will also have access to the facility’s amenities 24/7 for a flat monthly fee.
Podcast Studio
The fully soundproof studio is set up for three clients at a time and includes Shure microphones, Focusrite Scarlett Interface, Cloudlifter Microphone Activators, iMac computer for management, Garage Band for production recording (other options available for experienced clients), TV/screen connection, wireless/remote-controlled commercial lighting and a green screen.
