About the Program

Leadership Green Bay connects a diverse group of professionals to explore the key issues shaping our community and quality of life. Through monthly, full-day sessions, participants are challenged to lead with purpose and connect their passions with community needs. The experience involves team projects that drive awareness, foster collaboration and create lasting impact. Graduates leave with stronger leadership skills, fresh perspective and a powerful network dedicated to building a better Greater Green Bay.
