Support provided to new hires including housing research, rental support and introductions to schools, childcare services, places of worship and other community amenities based on personal interests.

Support for the entire family unit; resume circulation for job seekers, community support for stay- at-home parents and remote professionals.

This initiative pairs new residents with established professionals to provide guidance, support and a
warm welcome. Whether your talent is seeking local recommendations, advice on navigating the area, or simply looking to build new relationships, our connector network is here to ensure they feel right at home in Greater Green Bay.

Our community socials offer a welcoming space where both new and established professionals can come together, share experiences and forge meaningful relationships. These gatherings continue to provide a supportive network that empowers individuals to thrive in their community.

I was so excited to interview for my dream job at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. But moving is more than a new job–it’s about finding a new home and learning a new community.
