CYP: Courageous Conversations: Talking Through Conflict

Courageous Conversations: Talking Through Conflict
Join CYP for a conflict management seminar to learn how to better work with your peers and teammates when disagreements arise. Disagreements are inevitable, not only in the workplace, but also outside of work. It can be easy to avoid these kinds of conversations; however, that may not be the best option. The Courageous Conversations model provides a framework to use when faced with having a tough conversation with a peer, leaders, direct reports, and even friends or family. This model can help you plan your approach to having a conversation, test your perspective, and come to a common course of action.
