Hear owner Julie Nelson’s story of how weld + arrow came to be and what inspired her. Shop their jewelry collection or get permanent jewelry. A Spark Artist will be on site to create custom pieces for you.

About the Owner: Julie Nelson, Owner and Founder of Weld + Arrow, will share the inspiring story of how one experience sparked a passion that grew into a thriving business. Through her entrepreneurial journey, Julie will offer insights on turning inspiration into action, overcoming challenges, and building something meaningful from the ground up. With a degree in business management and multiple businesses under her belt, she trained and became certified in welded jewelry. Since launching in 2024, W+A has grown to two locations, three employees, and 70+ local partnerships. Whether you’re dreaming of starting a business, exploring a creative hobby, or searching for your next chapter, you’ll leave encouraged to discover and pursue your own spark.
