Join CYP for an interactive midday session designed to help young professionals build confidence and sharpen their leadership instincts. Opportunities to Own It is a hands-on workshop where attendees will explore real-world workplace scenarios and practice how to take initiative in moments that matter.

Whether you’re navigating team dynamics, tackling tough conversations, or spotting opportunities to lead, this session will give you practical tools to own your moment and stand out.

Workshop Facilitator – Nicole Virant, Program Specialist for the Division of Continuing Education & Workforce Training at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.

Nicole has over fourteen years of experience in training on Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft Office applications with teaching adult learners both in the workplace and the classroom. Nicole Virant holds a Bachelors or Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and minor in Sociology from UW – Green Bay as well as a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources from Globe University. She’s held numerous leadership roles both personally and professionally such as Vice President of the board of the Friends of the Brown County Library and recently completed the Advanced Women’s Leadership certificate from the Schreiber Foods Institute of Women’s Leadership at UW – Green Bay.
