Rooted In Inc. is proud to celebrate the opening of its new commercial kitchen at Curative Connections East. The new commercial kitchen marks a major milestone for the organization, expanding its ability to recover food, produce meals, engage volunteers, and strengthen community partnerships across Greater Green Bay. Founded in 2023, Rooted In is a Green Bay-based nonprofit building a “community table” where all people are nourished and uplifted. Through its Recover, Transform, Share, Educate model, Rooted In recovers high-quality surplus food and transforms it into scratch-cooked, individually packaged meals shared through trusted community partners across Brown County.
