Celebrate the rising leaders shaping Greater Green Bay’s future. The Future 15 & Young Professional Awards honor young professionals making a real impact through leadership and innovation as well as workplaces where the next generation thrives.
Event Details
March 5, 2026 @ 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Attire: Formal attire encouraged (full length gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, etc.) or come as your authentic self.

Future 15 recipients
Future 15 is presented to individuals with a demonstrated commitment to Greater Green Bay through civic and business involvement. These individuals will possess values consistent with those of Chamber Young Professionals, including an unwavering responsibility to the community through involvement with local organizations that elevate the overall quality of life in Greater Green Bay and our ability to engage and retain young talent.
The Greater Green Bay Chamber will no longer award a Young Professional of the Year. While we have proudly recognized many outstanding individuals with this award over the years, this change allows all Future 15 honorees to equally receive the attention they deserve for their accomplishments.

This award is presented to a local business owner who exemplifies and holds true a commitment to Greater Green Bay through their demonstrated business entrepreneurial accomplishments. Consideration includes but goes beyond financial success by evaluating the individual’s positive impact on the community as an entrepreneur.
