Talent Development
Teen Leadership
About the Program
Greater Green Bay Teen Leadership equips high school sophomores with the skills and confidence to lead and make a difference in their communities. Each month, students from across Brown County come together to explore topics including local history, government, economic development, wellness and the environment. Through hands-on experiences, engaging speakers and team building, participants grow as leaders and discover the power of their voice.
Student Experiences
Teen leaders experience many aspects of the Greater Green Bay area and have the opportunity of speaking with elected officials, business CEOs, non-profit managers, members of law enforcement and other community leaders.
Community Projects
Teen leaders conquer community challenges by working together in small groups to complete community impact projects that the groups are passionate about.
Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from session days, which are held at various locations around Greater Green Bay.
