The Urban Hub is a modern co-working space and programming hub located in the heart of Downtown Green Bay. It is professionally managed by the Greater Green Bay Chamber.

The Urban Hub features the fastest Internet available in Green Bay and is conveniently located in the Railyard Innovation District. Members enjoy the convenience of booking spaces in real-time, easy invoice payments, and an array of amenities. On-site resources and memberships are driven by the unique needs of the modern entrepreneur and remote worker. The space is also great for corporate use as it provides a prime location for photoshoots, corporate brainstorming sessions, speaker sessions, board meetings for up to 12 people, and much more.

This is a premium-level Urban Hub membership for startup founders. With this pass, you have full, unbarred, 24/7 access and will receive a key fob that unlocks our doors and elevator at any time. The membership includes access to the conference rooms and meeting rooms and is loaded onto your account when you sign up. No need to sign a lease as this is a month-to-month membership for your convenience. Desks are first come first serve.

Price: $149/month

With this pass, you have full, unbarred, 24/7 access. You receive a key fob that unlocks our doors and elevator at any time. The membership includes access to the conference rooms and meeting rooms and is loaded onto your account when you sign up. No need to sign a lease, as this is a month-to-month membership for your convenience. Early birds, night owls, and weekend warriors, the Urban Hub is here for you whenever work needs you. Desks are first come first serve.

Rentable Spaces

  • Phone Booth/Call Rooms | $15.00 per hour
  • Conference Rooms | $40.00 per 1st hour, $10.00 per each hour after. Conference room space holds 2 -6 people or 8 – 10 people
  • Presentation Space | $25.00 per hour
  • Clean up fee: $150. Renter agrees to maintain the space in the same condition it was received in or this free will be applied

    The Urban Hub is an app-based workspace. Our space and your membership are managed via app. You’ll gain access to a variety of workspace options like real-time booking.

    Venture Home

    The WiSys VentureHome initiative aims to establish startup hubs in communities with University of Wisconsin System campuses by working with local partners. The Urban Hub was chosen as the site for the second WiSys VentureHome for its thriving entrepreneurial community and the strong connections between UW-Green Bay and the community. WiSys VentureHome combines statewide resources with community initiatives to provide local entrepreneurs access to a full menu of startup resources in their community.
