Green Bay, Allouez, and De Pere projects highlight growing community impact with a record 53 applications this year.

What:

The 7th Annual Good Neighbor Week runs August 17-21 in Allouez, September 21-25 in Green Bay, and October 5-9 in De Pere, bringing together volunteers, businesses, community groups, and neighbors for a week of connection and service. This year’s Good Neighbor Week expands the reach and impact across the Greater Green Bay area.

Who:

Organized by NeighborWorks Green Bay, Green Bay Neighborhoods, the City of Green Bay, Village of Allouez, De Pere Area Chamber, and the City of De Pere, with dozens of community partners and volunteers participating.

When & Where: August 17-21 -Allouez | Sept. 21 – 25 – Green Bay | Oct. 5-9 – De Pere

In addition to home improvement projects during Good Neighbor Week, several will be completed in the weeks leading up to and following the event.

• Green Bay – 16 projects
• Allouez – 4 projects
• De Pere – 1 project

Why it matters:

Volunteers assist nominated homeowners with minor home repairs, painting, landscaping, and exterior improvements- all at not cost, thank to the generosity of local sponsors.
