GRB Announces Winners of 2025 Holiday Tree Decorating Contest
The Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is unveiling the winners of its 2025 GRB Arts Program Holiday Tree Decorating Contest. Each year, community organizations and local artists help transform the airport into a festive destination for travelers and visitors. This year’s entries stood out for their exceptional creativity and heartfelt expression, making the airport a true showcase of community spirit and holiday cheer.
“This program continues to grow every year — and the talent we saw this season was simply outstanding,” said GRB Airport Director Marty Piette, A.A.E. “The creativity, craftsmanship and local touches behind each submission were so impressive that we’ve decided to add two additional trees to the program this year to accommodate even more participants.”
The 2025 winners are:
- Grand Lobby Grand Prize: Mulva Cultural Center
- Ticket Lobby Grand Prize: Abimael Dejesus
- Concourse B Prize Winner: Children’s Museum of Green Bay
- Concourse A Prize Winner: Jes Beauchamp
- Baggage Claim Prize Winner: Salvation Army
“GRB belongs to all of us, and it’s wonderful to see so many local organizations come together to make it feel like home for the holidays,” said Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach. “Bringing the community into the airport at this special time of year is what makes Green Bay such a great place to live, work and travel from.”
Decorating will begin around Thanksgiving, with trees displayed throughout the airport during the holiday season for all to enjoy.
