Prevea Health is proud to welcome Dr. Chee Nou Lee, a board-certified family medicine physician, to the Prevea Grand Chute Health Center, 3750 N. Investors Court, in Grand Chute.

Dr. Lee specializes in routine care for children and adults, including services like physicals, vaccinations, treatment for common illnesses, management of chronic diseases and other minor office procedures.

“I strive to learn about my patient’s health goals and needs to help guide them in making medical decisions together as a team,” shares Dr. Lee.

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Fox Valley Medicine Residency Program, through the Medical College of Wisconsin.
