Sandy credits her success to the belief that the culture in any organization is what will make it successful. She believes that helping foster a positive culture at OSMS is the single most important thing she does. Under her leadership for the past 20+ years, OSMS has grown from 16 employees and five physicians with one clinic in Green Bay, WI, to over 400 team members and 41 physicians and clinics in Green Bay, Neenah, Oshkosh, and Marinette.

Sandy also believes in giving back; She’s been part of numerous boards and organizations. In the past, Sandy was on the YWCA board and The Arthritis Foundation board. Currently, Sandy is on the YMCA Fox Cities and Northeast Wisconsin Big Brothers Big Sisters boards. For nearly 16 years, Sandy was a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Green Bay.
