Free Admission for MOms on Mother’s Day
You won’t want to miss this year’s Mother’s Day at the Zoo, presented by Meijer! Join us on Sunday, May 10th to celebrate Mom: she’ll receive free admission to the NEW Zoo and to the Neil Anderson Canopy Tour all day long. While supplies last, Mom can also choose a free plant, courtesy of Wery’s Sweet Summer Bloomers, and receive a complimentary bag of candy on arrival.
In addition to all the every-day fun the NEW Zoo has to offer, guests can enjoy “extra” fun activities provided by this year’s sponsors, too. AHT Wisconsin Windows and Everydry Waterproofing will be on-site with activities, The Dog House will be serving up their famously fresh cheese curds, burgers, and brats, Nothing Bundt Cakes will be offering a variety of tasty, sweet treats, and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be pouring out a thirst-quenching selection of both hot and cold beverages. That means Mom won’t have to cook, so don’t be afraid to come hungry! The Giraffe Feeding Experience and the Children’s Zoo Feeding Experience will be available throughout the day, as well, along with the Endangered Species Carousel (weather permitting).
To facilitate an easier and faster entry, we encourage everyone to purchase admission tickets in advance for all members of your party (EXCEPT for moms and kids under 3!). You can arrive any time after we open at 9:00 a.m. and stay at the Zoo for as long as you like (until closing time!). Tickets are available now. Zoo Pass Members can arrive anytime during the day and follow your usual entrance procedure. Canopy Tour tickets can be purchased at the Adventure Park Base Camp Building or online in advance (for everyone in your group except for moms and children under 3). Zoo PLUS Canopy Tour tickets are also available, so if you plan to do both activities, take advantage of the savings those tickets provide.
The NEW Zoo and the Neil Anderson Canopy Tour will both be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on May 10th. Gifts for moms will be available while supplies last.
