Tweet Garot Mechanical, a 127-year-old mechanical contracting and engineering firm, has acquired Temperature Control, a mechanical service and building automation provider located in Traverse City, Michigan. This marks Tweet Garot’s strategic expansion into lower Michigan, with plans for continued growth throughout the state.

We’re excited to launch our first lower Michigan operation and look forward to serving customers throughout the state.”

The Temperature Control facility in Traverse City will remain open and in operation. Dan and son, Mike Law, will remain with the company during a transition period, with Dan’s son, Patrick Law, positioned to lead the team going forward.

The acquisition closed on October 31, 2025. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
