What does ethical leadership look like in action?

In Greater Green Bay, it looks like individuals who quietly step up to meet a need, solve a problem, or stand firm in their values—even when it’s difficult. These are the people who strengthen our workplaces, uplift our neighborhoods, and inspire meaningful change.

Foundations Health & Wholeness is proud to once again host the Ethics in Action Honors Event, a celebration of individuals who demonstrate integrity, courage, and compassion across Brown County. This annual event not only recognizes outstanding community members, but also raises critical support for mental wellness services that ensure no one is turned away due to financial hardship.

Help Us Recognize an Unsung Hero

Nominations are now open—and this is where the community plays a vital role.

We are seeking nominations for individuals whose actions have made a real, tangible difference. This isn’t about titles or accolades. It’s about stories—moments where someone saw a challenge and chose to act.

Maybe it’s a colleague who fostered a healthier workplace culture.
A teacher who supported students beyond the classroom.
A neighbor who stepped in during a time of crisis.

The strongest nominations focus on a specific situation:

• What challenge or need existed?
• How did the nominee respond in a meaningful or creative way?
• What impact did their actions have?

The goal is simple: to inspire others through real examples of ethical leadership in action.

Nominations are accepted year-round, but those submitted by May 31, 2026 will be considered for this year’s honors.
